The Tourism Bloggers Awards are designed for Individuals, Travel & Tourism companies and Organizations related to tourism to highlight their achievement in the social media space with respect to tourism.

International blogger nominees should be travel bloggers who blog about tourism, tourist spots and also share Malaysia in some way or the other.

If you wish to nominate your favourite brand, tourism blog or company to win the awards, do so online to increase their chances of winning.

Nomination submission is free.

• Any active social media user, practitioner or blogger related to tourism may participate
  
• Anyone who has a full time blog with a specified address that is not dormant for the past 1 month prior to submission of the nomination form but active during the final results
  
• Mandatory to promote tourism Malaysia in their blog or website pre and during the event
  
• No profanity, obscene remarks or personal attacks are allowed. Immediate disqualification is applicable to nominees in such cases if found guilty
  
• Judges decision is deemed FINAL in selection of winners
  
• Judging criteria is based on 80% public voting and 20% on judges’ decision (10% site or blog content, 5% design and layout, 5% on ethics and effectiveness)
  
• The organizer will not assume responsibility towards any cost incurred by the nominee during submission of the nomination
  
• Materials and related items submitted in lieu of support to the nomination will remain the exclusive property of the organize
• The secretariat has the right to remove or reject nominations sent at any one time during the nomination or voting process. The decision of the nomination and judging panel would be considered final.

To vote for your favorite blogs, just follow the steps below: -

• Click on the list of categories nominated
• Choose your favourite blog
• Click on vote button to vote

Remember that your vote constitutes 80% to the overall judging process of the nominations.

The more you vote the better chance your nominee stands to win the award.

Nomination starts on 18th January 2013 (Friday)
Nominations end on 13th February 2013 (Wednesday)

Voting starts on 9th February 2013 (Saturday)
Voting closes on 22nd February 2013 (Friday)
